TLS Performance 9′ Leash

The TLS Performance 9′ Leash is a great value surf accessory. It’s ideal for your mini-mal, SUP, bigger surf or as your longboard leash. It features stainless steel swivels at both ends so the leg rope turns and moves freely and doesn’t snake or twist up. This is an important feature. It helps prevent the cord from snagging around your fins so your board doesn’t slow down or catch. Its 7mm diameter cord is robust. This extra cord diameter provides stretch and strength so you can cope with a heavier wave or heavy board pulling on it.

High quality urethane in the cord gives you the right balance between stretch and strength. You quickly realise the value of this as it keeps your board just where you need it within easy reach after a wipeout. The leash includes two strings. So you can use the two for extra safety in big waves or keep one as a spare. A well padded ankle strap gives you a comfortable fit. If there’s a solid yank on your leg you’ll notice this extra padding providing cushioning.
