TLS Diamond Back Tail Pad

The TLS Diamond Back Tail Pad is specially designed for surfers who like to grip their toes into their grip. There’s special cutaways at two different levels that give great grip. First there’s multi-sized diamond  pattern holes that are ideally placed for your toes. So as you drive hard in big moves your toes will grip down into these.

Second the top layer of the pad is deeply etched with a popup diamond pattern. These high profile nubs create ridges that the side of your foot gets leverage from for power moves.

The TLS Diamond Back Tail Pad is a two piece pad. So you can extend the two side pieces closer to the rails. So you get flexibility in the coverage of your narrow and wide tail boards. It incorporates a center arch of medium height at 5.5mm giving support while being easy to move your foot over.

This is important as it allows you to position forward for barrels or step back for pivot moves. The kick is 30mm, this is high, so your foot can really jam against it and drive.

The incut diamond tail means you can place this grip closer to the end of your board. So your back foot can be placed right over your back fin for maximum drive. The many cutaways reduce weight so the pad is extra light as well as giving you extra traction.
