SOLAREZ Epoxy Microlite 1OZ Tube

The SOLAREZ Epoxy Microlite 1OZ Tube gives you a great tool to give your board a rapid quality repair. Note, this kit is for Epoxy surfboards.  The Microlite is more a putty than a liquid. So it’s soft and easy to use without dripping everywhere. It’s a white colour, the consistency of toothpaste.

With exposure to sunshine it’s activated and sets in 3 minutes. The way you repair your ding can take advantage of this. For example you can apply Microlite in the shade and get your shatter covered. You can smooth, wipe off excess and make sure all is good. It sands easily for a great finish.

It’s ideal to spread and pressure into shallow holes and shatters. If you’re using it to fill a deep hole, the approach is to fill around 5mm first then sun cure. Then do another 5mm, and so on. The Microlite is resin so it dries hard. Solarez Fiberfill is the better choice for high strength fin box and rail repairs.
