The Island Shapes Longboard Duke gives you classic fun surfing. Its an old school design so you get stable easy riding. If your vision is to take a few strokes and cruise on long rides then this is the board for you. A full nose is the distinctive feature. This gives you easy paddling so you can catch lots of waves. Once on the wave this also gives you stability making it easy to pop up and stay on your feet. The momentum gives you great glide so you have great flow making longer rides. A nose concave makes it easy to walk your board. You’ll be hanging toes off the nose before you know it. Stepping back there’s a tucked in tail that gives you easy changes of directions for turns and putting your board where you want on the wave.

The Island Longitude Longboard has a traditional PU foam and fibreglass construction. This is heavier finish than a lot of Longboards out there. It gives you a great feel on the wave helping you flow over small bumps. You keep cruising even when the wave gets fat or loses power. Attention to detail has been given to the finish of your board with a beautiful timber inlay in the tail. Three stringers are also visible as seen on old school boards. These gives great form and function, helping your board remain true to its shape and not over flexing. A classic fin setup is included with a single adjustable rear fin box. This allows you to surf your board as a classic single fin. You can move your fin forward for a looser ride or move it back for more carving.
