The Futures John John Medium Alpha Carbon Green Tri Fin Set is a signature fin of World Champion John John Florence. Developed with Alpha material it has carbon and air uniquely infused. The carbon can be varied in density anywhere in the fin, for example from the base to the tip. So you get a solid base with smoothly increasing flex to the tip. This construction gives incredible control. It is much more accurate than laying strips of carbon, or simply dumping material into a mould. The Alpha base is stiffer with more carbon giving super drive. The tip is flexi so you get spontaneous release. The gradient between them is controlled at a micro level maximising performance.

In addition the Futures John John Medium Alpha Carbon Green Thruster Set has a new 3D texture. This unique feature adds even more performance reducing turbulence and drag. This specific fin is designed to give you stand out performance in softer waves. It generates speed when there’s only a little power on tap while still giving you the ability to hold your turn as long as you want then carve, or turn almost anywhere on the wave.
