FK Eagle Tail Pad

The FK Eagle Tail Pad gives you new gen features for high performance and comfort. It’s a great surfboard tail pad. The kick is 30mm which is above average in height and it curves to stand vertical. So it holds your foot firmly in place, there’s no sliding. When you push your energy is directed into big turns and moves.

The top of the kick is flat so if your foot lands too far back you’ll still get grip. The arch bar is 5mm and features a corduroy pattern. These fine ridges are softer on the underside of your foot and help movement of your foot forward or back. The arch has definite hollow cut outs so that when you press down you’ll get squishy positive traction.

The FK Eagle Tail Pad main grip pattern features raised squares with dimples and cross cut outs. These give you a mix between large and fine traction that your toes can really dig into. Long grooves in the side pieces reduce weight. The front of the pad is flat so aids foot movement. You can easily step forward for speed or back for carves.

The pad has 3 pieces so you can expand the side pieces out for your wide tail boards. An incut at the rear means you can position the Kick around your deck plug right above your fins for maximum drive. FK’s adhesive is designed to last the lifetime of your surfboard tail pad.
