The FK 3 Piece Centre Grip is fully functional front grip. It comes in 3 pieces. So you can keep the pad narrow for a normal shortboard. Or you can expand it closer to the rails for wider mals, longboards and SUPs. The pad has a square groove with cross-cut pattern and a lot of holes. So it’s too harsh on your chest for much use without a top, but it gives super grip for your feet. Longer use would be best with rash vest, wetsuit or other protection. The holes provide great traction so your toes can grip. They also add sensitivity into an otherwise solid slab. Using several pads your longboard and SUP can get substantial coverage.
