FCS II Carver GF Tri Fin Set

The FCS II Carver GF Tri Fin Set is designed to make you rip at a cheaper price. The Carver fin is about down the line charging. It works best on waves with a long wall that you find on good point or reef breaks and when traveling overseas. You get more drive from the slope, what’s called the Sweep of the fin. This distinctive Sweep directs you along the wave rather than vertically. Each pump gives you speed and drive to cover cover distance and fast barreling sections. You can go vertical if you set up your ride for it, standing back over the fins. However the finer tip is designed to carve and flex so give you flow. You can hold and make long drawn out turns rather than sliding or skipping out.

The side fins have a flat foil so you get a proven performance feel. This means the inside surface of the side fins are flat and translate your pressure into predictable power carves. The more you push the more the carver projects you down the line.

In terms of construction GF stands for Glass Flex. This means the fins offer a higher degree of flex that assists with turning. Beginners can benefit from these fins as they can learn and practice manoeuvres without the fins over-reacting. Best performance is in open face down the line waves so as a Beginner you’ll surf best with these fins in point and reef break surf. The fin will also maximise performance in your faster board with concaves and a lot of bottom curve. The FCS II Carver GF Tri Fin Set is for exclusive use with the FCS II Fin System.
