ECS Cloud 9 Surfboard

The ECS Cloud 9 Surfboard is a high performance board that gives your surfing an edge. It’s a second generation design so includes a number of performance enhancements. A narrower nose is the first refinement. This makes the board much freer and easier to put into big moves. The volume that was in the nose has been moved to just past the middle making your board wider.

This gives you great floatation and paddling, helping you get into and catch lots of waves. This area of your board gives good planning so you don’t have to work so much and you just naturally have high speed. You can very easily set up big moves, big turns, airs or barrels.

The ECS Cloud 9 Surfboard has a single to double concave bottom shape so gives you a lot of speed. The tail narrows and has a small vee. So when you put your back foot back you’ll really have solid bite in the wave and great control. If the wave is full you can move forward over the wide point so getting speed and glide.

Then when the wave starts to suck you step back and have all the drive and control you need. With these design features the Cloud 9 gives you great performance in everything from beachies to reef and point breaks. It’s a versatile ultra high performance board.
