Creatures Grom 5 Leash

The Creatures Grom 5 Leash is an ultra lightweight leash made especially for smaller surfers. The cuff is shorter than a standard cuff, so does not overhang on small ankles. It gives greater comfort and a more reliable fit. The 5mm cord is a very thin diameter. It’s noticeably lean so does not interfere and gives less drag when charging in small waves. The SureFire Release Tag is the tab you use to undo the leash and Creatures has improved it into a quick release design. The tab sits up off your ankle making it easy to release in an emergency, and just easier when you’re getting in and out of the water. The SureFire Release Tag also incorporates moulded holes allowing the water to freely flow through improving feel and reducing weight.

The Creatures Grom 5 Leash features the patented technology of DNA Flex Mould that connects the leash to the strap. It stretches with the leash to resist breakage, the DNA and leash stretching up to 5 x original length. So the cord is super durable. An unbreakable  stainless steel swivel with a bearing gives you friction free motion, eliminating tangles. The cuff features specifically designed neo-mesh that prevents it from rotating on your ankle. It’s lighter and thinner so you get more comfort. The cuff velcro is lighter and 50% stronger than traditional materials. The Leash dimensions are 5′ x 3/16″, 1.5m x 5mm.
