Creatures Griffin Colapinto Tail Pad
The Creatures Griffin Colapinto Tail Pad is the signature grip of a World Tour charger. Pin holes and cut outs are a major feature so you get a mix of a suction for your foot and larger holes your toes can grip into. The centre piece has a 7mm raised arch. In the form of a tear drop it sculpts to the bottom of your foot. So your foot gets a natural grip position and super comfort. The arch tapers down into the area before the kick starts. So your foot can naturally fit into this wedge aiding positive traction. It gives your back foot a great spot to give you direction and launch big moves.
The Creatures Griffin Colapinto Pad has a raised 28mm kick that flattens out on top. So there’s a flat edge you can get the side of your foot on and really push on. The flat top is also helps stick airs. The pad has a 3 piece layout which is the most functional of all tail pad designs. The side pieces can be placed closer to the rails so narrow and wide tail boards get good coverage. An incut semi-circle pattern means you can place this grip closer to the end of your board, around your leg rope plug. This in turn allows back foot placement over your back fin so you get maximum drive. The grip features a Diamond II pattern with two tiers of diamonds. So you get maximum traction as your toes have two levels to grip into. The pad uses high quality 3M adhesive and lightweight EVA formula.
