The Billabong Brunswick Thong gives you classic casual good looking beach wear. The upper is real leather. This is very comfortable, better than most synthetics. It ages well, where synthetics wear out leather wears in and gets more comfy over time. It’s great around water, and while not quick dry it works when wet and dries out fine.

What Billabong has done is give you leather that’s already worn in. It’s not shiny and stiff but soft, supple, comfy and freckled. So you get a great casual look from the start. The leather straps are embedded into the thong. So there’s no chance of breakage or blow out. Strong stitching holds the leather in place with top stitched detailing.

The base outsole is also natural rubber so you get this great feel next to your skin. Your foot sole responds positively to this. Traction is provided in the form of an embossed pattern and a Billabong logo at the heel. Where your thong hits the street long wearing EVA absorbs vibration and gives great traction.
