Ace’s oversize axles allow for better bearing performance by providing more surface area for the bearing to act on. This distributes pressure giving you a smoother more flowing ride. Also reducing wear.

Ace’s aluminium alloy gives you next-grade strength. It will take hard knocks along with constant load-bearing. So you get durability. Encased in the aluminium the steel used for the axles is 3056 grade. So you get strength along with consistent stability, vital for maintaining low vibration through the bearings to your wheels.

Machine-faced hanger ends ensure the bearings fit precisely further reducing wobble and any change of vibration. The bushings are all specially produced. The 12mm top bushings are 91a hardness so heavy duty. Bottom bushings are 14mm and 86a, so giving you hangar flex.
