Ace Truck AF1

The Ace Truck AF1 gives you top-of-the-range functionality and quality. The truck uses advance design, manufacturing and component techniques to ensure you get the highest performance. For example their patent-pending rethreading axle nuts are a game changer, so you can always get your nut off no matter how long between wheel changes.

The AF1 features a new casting process that is also proprietary resulting in a 70% increase in the structural integrity of the aluminium. Breakage and bending are a thing of the past. SAE 4140 steel alloy used for the axles gives super strength. The axles are also provided extra wide so reducing bearing wobble.

The baseplates and hangars receive a T6 heat treatment. Heated up to 1000Fdegrees and quenched gives super strength. Matching this metallurgy, the bushings are all specially produced. Those on the pivot are 96a urethane, so extra tough. 12mm top bushings are 91a so heavy duty. Bottom bushings are 14mm and 86a, so giving you hangar flex.

The geometry is consistent with Ace’s standard, so setup is easy giving consistent results. A re-threading die is included with each axle, highlighted in red.
